Standard Requirements for all AVAYA Technical Engineers:
Minimum of three (3) years working experience in the specified job field (Experience in Government Projects and Banking are added advantage).
Good in Written and Verbal English Communication Skills (Arabic is an added advantage).
Must have completed Product Authorizations (PA) in the specified solutions.
Must be AVAYA Certified Specialist (ACS) or AVAYA Certified Expert (ACE).
Two (2) AVAYA Contact Center (CC) Software Engineers / Developers:
The candidates will be reporting directly to Telecom Product Manager and will be working closely with the Sales team if any specific requirement for the solution arises from the customer.
The required candidates must be flexible in terms of different technical responsibilities such as planning, design, implementation and maintenance of the following AVAYA Contact Center solutions.
